Guard has been suspended for the remainder of the season

Rafer Alston was suspended by the Heat last Friday night after leaving the team without clearing his intentions.
Earlier this week, he told ESPN that his departure is from a personal matter involving his sister. According to Heat president Pat Riley, he has not explained his absence to the team.
Alston has been a member of the Miami Heat sine January 7 and has played 25 games for the Heat.
